Eagle Carports Suck
I bought 3 carports from this company and what a horrible install. 1st they showed up with a different carport than I bought and want another $246 per side to make it what they told me I bought, then they were very late coming as they changed the dates several times.
then they didn't have everything they needed and said they would be back in 4 days, 2.5 months later and after I paid some one else to install 1 of the 3 they show up to complete. They tore the roof off and reinstalled it for some reason and now I have holes about 1 inch away from the original install.
So for some reason I now have a carport with holes full of silicone that will leak for sure and they didn't even fill all the holes they made. These guys SUCK and will rip you off.

Going on 12 weeks
First, Elephant Structures promises a 4 week delivery time...they simply sub contracted to Eagle Carports which now its been over 10 weeks and no barn or installation date. Like previous reviews, no customer service, I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard Ill put your order on the top of the pile, several cancellations due to no contractors in my area or truck broke down.
I have never worked so hard to spend 10k . I even paid an addition 1k down to speed things up and no change.
Management sounds like a bunch of used car sales people, do not use elephant structures of Eagle car ports.

Assembly Storage Shed
They came very late in the day to construct my shed and rushed there way assembling the shed and was not done as I had requested it when I ordered it. Then I kept calling customer service that I needed it done correctly and it took them 2 months to finally send someone.
The installers barely communicate with you and are not very friendly. And again they came at 6:00 in the evening and they where rushing to cut and replace moldings that they did a sloppy job again. I didnt like the way they put lots of little pieces of molding to cover the sides. And cut the ends all jagged.
They don't take pride in there work.
I was very disappointed in the customer service and assembly of the Eagle Sheds.

Yes, i agree, their customer service is horrible. CHRIS in Mt.
Airy was so rude and ugly. But i guess he can be after *** work and money in his hand. Oh well. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!!
Ever!!! After our carport was put up one strong wind and it was tipped over a bit and bent all braces. Please if ur reading this go somewhere else!!!
Go now!! Do not buy!!!!

I agree that CHRIS is extremely rude, arrogant, and lacking customer service skills. The owner, a woman, should fire CHRIS now!
He needs to be gone!! The Mexican crew that put up my Eagle Carport failed to rachet or screw half of the bolts in the base to the concrete foundation AND failed to put a stop metal part on the roll up doors. CHRIS said it would cost $300 dollars to come fix it and that I have to pay $150 because I failed to tell them within 30 days of the problem! Who goes around to each screw to see if the crew screwed down a nut?
I said they did it on purpose just to get another trip to the beaches here at my expense. I am a 73 year old disabled Army veteran and had I known about CHRIS rudeness and the shoddy crew work, I would have bought elsewhere. Be forewarned, buy elsewhere!
I asked that the missing part be mailedvto me and CHRIS said that their plant in Tipping, GA was not set up to do that. That I have to pay $150 to have a crew return to Foley to correct their work!
